To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• You must contact our support team before sending any return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used, damaged, washed, or heavily worn items
• Sale and discounted items (final sale)
• Items without original tags or packaging

We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will:

• Cover all replacement shipping costs
• Send you the correct item or a replacement as quickly as possible
• Process your claim with priority support

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time may take several business days depending on your payment provider
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Please note the following regarding shipping costs:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Gym Fit
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
